Pontus Capital is a private investment company founded in 2009 to purchase real estate secured investments, both properties and mortgages, on behalf of its owners, managed accounts, joint ventures, and institutional capital partners.  As a value oriented real estate investor, Pontus Capital has provided its investors superior risk adjusted returns, while limiting the downside risk of any investment strategy.  These assets are often attractively priced due to a market imbalance/dislocation, an inefficiency of sales process, or certain competitive advantages.
