Description
Reporting to the VP of Construction Operations, the Project Manager will be involved with many aspects of multiple construction and renovation projects. You will spend approximately half of the time in the Sherman Oaks office and half of the time at the job sites in the surrounding area.
- Walk sites to review work quality, timeliness and adherence to contract specifications
- Interact and coordinate with construction associates, property management associates, site superintendents and vendors
- Create punch lists
- Develop and review detailed written scope of work for each segment of the project
- Report project updates
- Act as superintendent for small property renovations
- Cost estimating for budgeting
- Gather bids
- Procure materials
- Project size: $50-$200 Million

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management
- Construction work or internship experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
- Decision making and critical thinking ability
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong time management skills with the ability to operate with multiple schedules and deadlines
- On-site construction work and estimating experience is a plus
