Full-time Asset Management Analyst For Real Estate Firm
Conquest Housing is a continuously expanding 27-year old firm that specializes in acquiring, owning, operating, and managing real estate around the United States. Conquest currently owns and operates 5,000 apartment units in 15 states, commercial shopping centers in LA, and a community newspaper. Future emphasis will be on the acquisition and operation of multifamily residential apartment buildings.
We are seeking a highly-motivated, ambitious, energetic, and multi-faceted individual who is interested in real estate and the asset management of apartment and retail property. We are looking for someone who will be extremely dedicated and will see this position as a tremendous learning opportunity. Duties will include assisting principals of the firm with evaluating property expenses, financial budgeting, lender and tax reporting, legal filings, managing/organizing vendor invoices for processing, communicating with vendors, handling tenant issues, and overseeing the transition into operating new property acquisitions. Each of the above tasks will be conducted alongside the firm's principals to ensure the portfolio's returns are maximized. Candidate must be punctual, organized, thorough, detail oriented and able to multi-task. Strong computer skills required in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and Outlook (Yardi a plus). The ideal candidate will be a “go-getter” who is looking to break into the real estate field, or with a college degree in real estate, business or entrepreneurial studies.
Compensation for this full time position includes a salary of $65,000+/year plus bonus based on experience, with full medical and paid vacation.
