Highly successful, growing, boutique real estate investment and management company seeks a senior property manager to manage two communities in Memphis. There is also the opportunity for growth and to manage additional communities as we continue to grow.
The successful candidate will be highly skilled in marketing, management and supervision of maintenance. This person will also have superior skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and in producing increases in net operating income. Computer skills are a must as well.
