Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Project Assistant to join the Real Estate Practice Group in our Phoenix office.
Responsibilities:
- The coordination of documentation and the preparation of signature pages, closing checklists, electronic closing books and related items.
- Assist with closing documents and prepare closing binders.
- Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications while meeting required deadlines.
- General real estate responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Real estate experience (1-3 years preferred).
- Land Use & Zoning experience a plus.
- Land Planning/Urban Planning experience a plus.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, the initiative to work independently, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential.
