Description


PaulsCorp, LLC is a leading, national real estate investment and development firm.  We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and energetic Assistant Property/Asset Manager to help manage third party property managers on an industrial portfolio across the country. 

 

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing third party Property Managers to ensure:

  • Proper lease administration
  • All rent is collected in accordance with tenant leases
  • Oversight of management property operations
  • JDE Purchase Orders are approved
  • Correct contract administration
  • Accurate monthly reporting
  • Timely budget creation and management
  • Precise financial analysis and reporting
  • Argus maintenance
  • Tenant Improvement and capital project coordination and construction
  • Support of internal Leasing Officer with negotiation of new leases and renewals

 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum three years of commercial real estate property/asset management experience, preferably in industrial
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel required
  • Preferred Argus understanding and proficiency
  • Knowledge of property accounting a plus
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of real estate finance including budget preparation, variance analysis, monthly reporting, operating expense reconciliations, complying with loan requirements, and analysis of financial statements
  • Ability to work independently

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

 

Travel 15%
