As a Sales Executive for LoopNet, you will consult with owners, investors and brokerage firms to drive revenue through a consultative sales approach. You will have daily contact with prospects and existing clients to promote the value of our platform, the power of our scale and reach, and its robust analytical and reporting capabilities. A successful Sales Associate is goal-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion to serve clients.
Relationship Management - Developing strategic relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and be an essential component of their strategic marketing plan.
New Business Development - Prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and other proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business.
Teamwork Partner with colleagues to drive LoopNet advertising revenue.
Business Industry Acumen - Become an expert in your market, building a deep knowledge of the key players - owners, investors and brokerage firms trends and the market landscape.
Customer Focus - Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing valuable insights and offering appropriate solutions.
Bachelor s degree required
Client facing experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry strongly preferred
Five or more years of successful B2B sales and account management experience with at least two of those years being customer facing
Proven track record exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment

Ability to travel 25% of the time
