Role Description

Eastdil Secured is currently seeking a Marketing Associate based in Boston, MA

Essential Functions

This person will be an active member of the deal team with a focus on the sourcing and execution of financing transactions. Responsibilities will include:

• Serve as project manager for the production of marketing materials, new business presentations and team collateral, collaborating with transaction team, clients, vendors, and internal resources;
• Research & copywriting for pitch decks, offering memorandums and ancillary marketing materials including property, economic, and market overviews;
• Track, maintain and distribute internally list of comp transactions, quals & market updates in Boston/NE market, with a specific emphasis on Life Sciences and Office sector
• Perform market research and data analysis to support asset positioning/marketing;
• Act as liaison between transaction and creative teams to oversee design, improve efficiency, and facilitate all aspects of the marketing process;
• Become integral part of ES global marketing team, participate in select firm-wide initiatives, meetings and research projects.
• Coordinate with vendors on external marketing components including photography, maps, and market reports;
• Ensure accuracy of all marketing materials, upholding brand standards and providing quality control;
• Organize and maintain team files for projects, market reports, and other materials;
• Work efficiently and proactively to ensure a quick and efficient marketing process; and
• Cross-train in other asset classes and areas of expertise as needed

Education and Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree; preferred degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Management, Real Estate, Finance or similar;
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in commercial real estate or market research

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, verified technical copywriting abilities;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, plus strong technical skills;
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality work under tight timeframes;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizing for agreed-upon deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Personable with ability to interface effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors;
• Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven;
• Desire to be part of a demanding, highly focused, collaborative team environment; and
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others
