Preconstruction Director

Sachse Construction is seeking a Preconstruction Director to join our team! 

You will work directly with prospective clients for the creation of a detailed bid package that meets their needs.

Career Specifics:

The Preconstruction Director will professionally manage the preconstruction process from concept to bid.

Who You Are:

• Demonstrates and models Sachse Construction's core values
• 15+ years commercial construction management experience
• Estimating and procurement experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, required

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead GC and CM bid opportunities
• Budgeting
• Procurement and buyout
• Plan review
• Value engineering exercises
• Client and trade partner relationship management
• Client presentations
