Job Title Investor Relations/Business Development Associate
Company Aulder Capital, LLC.
Aulder Capital is a vertically integrated, privately held investment management company with over $800 million in assets acquired since inception. The Firm focuses on value-add multi-family and commercial properties located in the Eastern Half of the United States and is actively expanding into European markets (Portugal & Greece). Aulder targets middle-market transactions ($15 to $100 million) with attractive risk adjusted returns achieved through investments in renovation, leasing, marketing, and repositioning. Aulder Senior Management has over 90+ years of institutional and “grass-roots” experience in private equity investment, financing, and asset management.
Job Summary Focused on business development and investor relations, this associate will work in all areas of the client sourcing and relationship management process. This will include initial investor targeting and research, prospective investor outreach, introduction calls and meetings, investor questionnaires, property tours, investor legal/closing, and investor reporting.
The associate will work directly with the founding partners and leadership team to further the equity, diversification and growth of the Firm.

Responsibilities
* Represent Aulder at industry networking events in NYC and other locations
* Involved in all aspects of expanding Aulder’s relationships with institutional investors
* Involved in all aspects of expanding Aulder’s relationships with family offices, PERE allocator firms, endowments, pension funds, consultants, others, etc.
* Completes various activities related to client service, outreach, marketing, and fundraising
* Creating and updating presentation materials
* Handling and processing all investor information request responses
* Conducting, scheduling and facilitating investor meetings
* Responsible for all roadshow coordination
* Managing the CRM database
* Utilizes several and various platforms in preparation of meetings and property tours
* Researches, reviews and compiles investor information and data
* Coordinates, schedules, and facilitates industry/investor events
* Participate in and contribute to existing investor relationships
* Review, analyze and conduct investor-driven analytics
* Review, prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly investor reporting
* Responsible for leading investor asset tours
* Initial point of contact for investor queries
**Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel**

Required Qualifications
Education/Certification: * Undergraduate degree required
* Certifications in Finance, Business, Property Management or Investing a plus
Skills: * Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Versatility to work with various investors types (ranging from high-net worth individuals to institutional investors) in and from multiple geographies (US, Europe, Asia)"
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
* Pride, ownership and accountability in delivering a thorough and accurate work product
* Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team comprised of local and remote colleagues
* Desire to work in a high-pressure, client-driven environment
* Analytical aptitude – Ability to process data quickly and efficiently
Experience: 2 to 5 years of real estate or investing experience. Business development experience or equity raise experience at an investment firm or placement agent is preferred
* Experience with multifamily and/or value-add investing strategies
* Experience presenting information in an organized manner required
* Experience presenting and speaking to groups
* Experience addressing investors, executives and key decision makers

* Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
* Majority of work involves computer usage and sitting for long periods of time
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
* Hearing and speaking to exchange information and make presentations
* The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions
* The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
* This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
