Viking Capital is Hiring a Director of Finance

Job Summary:

Title: Director of Finance
Location: Remote (East Coast Preferable)
Compensation: Salary with Bonus Structure

Who We Are:

Viking Capital is a national multifamily investment firm with over a half billion dollars of assets under management with a near term goal of $1 Billion AUM. Viking is focused on acquiring key assets across major metropolitan statistical areas (MSA’s) which demonstrate consistent rent growth and low vacancy.  Our value-add business plan repositions properties through operational efficiencies, moderate to extensive renovations and complete rebranding. We believe in the “triple bottom line” People (charity and community), Planet (green initiatives) and finally Profit (taking care of our investors and equity partners).

Our core values represent the very fabric of our company.  We live and breathe these values through every facet of our operations.

  1. Driven
  2. Humbly Confident
  3. Resourceful
  4. Perpetual Self-Improvement
  5. Help First Mindset

Who You Are:

You are an individual who values financial strategy and systems. You have an analysis centered mindset and strive to deliver above what is asked.  You prefer systems and processes.  You have experience in real estate and private offerings.  You enjoy being nimble and adaptable as company needs arise, and lend your unique skill set to other teams to continue to drive the growth of the company. You are honest, proactive and enjoy bringing fresh ideas to better develop these relationships.
