ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for leading and delivering major projects and initiatives within Talent Acquisition in partnership with other Corporate Function leaders. You will lead all aspects of the TA strategic roadmap and monitor progress to key milestones.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership & People Leadership Team to align on project scope and deliverables.
  • Document and manage reporting requirements and initiatives for the TA strategic roadmap.
  • Liaise with Talent Acquisition Operations, D&T, Talent Marketing, Corporate Communications, DE&I, Legal, Compliance & People Team to implement.
  • Build and complete project plan requirements.
  • Lead People QBR reporting requirements for TA.
  • Manage projects on time and ensure they are within budget/scope.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, scope changes, reporting, issues, risks etc.
  • Manage expectations of sponsors, stakeholders, and team regarding scope of work and responsibilities.
  • Provide leadership & direction to teams in other regions on global initiatives.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in TA & HR/People as well as Project Management.
  • Experience in capturing functional requirements within Talent Acquisition / People team.
  • Ability to lead and implement change management.
  • Experience working across multiple regions globally.
  • Project experience with Microsoft Project and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Visio experience a plus.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret the most complex business documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most critical issues.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management and client groups to take desired action.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand different stakeholder perspectives and views, build productive working relationships, manage key stakeholder expectations and negotiate as the need arises.
  • Demonstrated ability in creating & managing project plans.
  • Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Be proactive and able to work autonomously.
