As a full-service organization, Winthrop offers integrated property, facility and asset management services. We are seeking a Property Manager for a brand-new luxury community in Orlando Florida.

Essential Job Functions:
- Responsibility for all operational, marketing and financial aspects of a property and meeting the company goals in those areas.
- Achieving results by facilitating the optimum performance of the property in areas such as:
- personnel management
- marketing strategies
- leasing
- generating traffic
- collections
- resident services
- maintenance
- revenue enhancement
- capital improvements
- information reporting and
- compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
- Hiring, training, evaluating, motivating and supervising all on-site Associates.
- Ensuring physical condition and maintenance of the community.
Eligibility Requirements
- BA/BS preferred
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience and three to five years as a multifamily property manager
- Certified Apartment Manager, Accredited Apartment Manager, ARM is preferred.
- Yardi experience a plus
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong marketing strategies to include knowledge of internet and social media
- Successful leadership and team building techniques
- No workday restrictions (Saturdays may be required)
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Pre-employment drug testing and background investigation
