Description
The Senior Investment Analyst position is responsible for assisting the senior members of the Real Estate Investment team in assessing and providing recommendations on all proposals and potential investments received by CFT. This position conducts financial analysis, conducts site visits as appropriate, and completes due diligence activities. The Senior Investment Analyst also monitors the current investment portfolio and provides regular status updates to the CFT Board. This position helps identify and implement investment/asset management strategies to maximize the CFT real estate portfolio which includes retail, office, residential and hotels.

Essential Functions:

- Assists senior members of the Real Estate Investment team in assessing and providing recommendations on all proposals and potential investments received by CFT. Prepare CFT RESAC package and present potential investment proposals to the CFT Board for approval.
- Conducts financial analysis (IRR/NPV) and site visits as appropriate and completes due diligence activities for potential investments. Helps manage Panda resources and outside consultants related to due diligence activities.
- Monitors the investment portfolio and provides regular status updates to the CFT Board. Makes full disclosure of problems and issues related to investment projects.
- Helps identify and implement investment/asset management strategies to maximize the CFT/CFI portfolio. Sources potential deals, both real estate and non-real estate, and negotiates the deal structure in the best interest of CFT.
- Establishes and grows a network with brokers and professionals in both real estate industries.
- Shares financial analysis with other team members related to the investment portfolio and potential investments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics or related field required; advanced degree (MBA) preferred
- Minimum five years of finance and investment experience
- Successful completion of annual store training
