Description
Provides extensive support to Portfolio Managers in the servicing of portfolios of commercial real estate loans. Duties include but are not limited to loan and real estate analysis, client interface, and general administrative duties.
Assists Portfolio Managers by performing tasks involved in monitoring the performance of assigned commercial real estate loan portfolios.
Provides general customer service to lenders and borrowers.
Performs research involving loan documents and servicing agreements.
Assists in the preparation of recommendations for lender consent items such as leasing transactions, property management changes, reserve draws, collateral releases, and numerous other real estate related borrower requests.
Reviews loan covenants by analyzing the requirements and working with the borrower until resolution.
Collect and analyze property financial statements and rent rolls.
Schedule, prepare and deliver extensive client reports

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s degree from a four-year college or university and one-to-three years related experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret loan documents and industry reports. Ability to clearly write
reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to both external clients and internal management.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
General understanding of real estate financial principles. Ability to perform basic financial calculations.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient in common Microsoft applications including Excel and Word.
