Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Include the following but not limited to, other duties may be assigned.
- Interact with potential borrowers and brokers to source new Single Asset Bridge (SAB) loans
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and conduct outbound sourcing activities
- Attend conferences and roadshows to develop customer relationships
- Work with originators and other deal team members to evaluate potential financing transactions
- Conduct initial screening of loan customers
- Assist deal teams in underwriting activities as necessary
- Assist in developing credit memos for loan committee approval
- Provide exceptional and proactive customer support
- Perform other related duties or special projects as necessary
- Evaluate sponsor credit, background, financials and operating capabilities
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment to complete work assignments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ideally, some experience in real estate, commercial lending, finance or a related field
- Strong financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
- Daily phone and email interaction with customers is required
- Typical office environment with no unusual exposures
- Uses office equipment/computers/keyboards
