Concert Technologies is expanding our rapidly growing nationwide Tech-Ready Building program and seeking an experienced property manager to focus on creating new business opportunities in the Washington D.C. Metro area. Our riserSAFE® program provides a wide range of telecommunications services and acts as trusted technology advisors to CRE ownership groups, CRE property management groups, and high-profile tenants. Designing and executing market expansion strategies, the riserSAFE® Sales Executive candidate will fill a critical role in the development and management of our strategic growth strategy. The position is in our Martinsburg, WV office. With properly scheduling of appointments the Sales Executive could limit his/her travel to DC Metro area to a minimum.
As Sales Executive primarily selling to CRE property managers you should have a high level of understanding for the value of building technologies and telecommunications services to building managers and tenants. The candidate is expected to have:
CRE experience, including existing relationships with CRE ownership, property management, tenants, and brokerage firms in the Washington D.C. Metro area.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers and clients.
Ability to effectively present information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Sales Executive will develop a comprehensive understanding of the riserSAFE program in order to properly present it to prospective customers and be prepared for common inquiries/objections which often arise from prospective customers when discussing Tech-Ready Building services. Essential Job Functions include:
Act as the principle account and relationship manager for new clients, while managing an existing portfolio.
Generate quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, building canvassing, and email solicitation.
Be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
Compile and interpret property data to present to clients, such as building technology assessments, work scopes, survey summaries, and status updates.
Work with a team on the creation of presentations and reports for property management/tenant clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company databases.
