We hope these prompt you into thinking of your Career Goals for 2016. For Mark Zuckerberg, changing the way the world socializes was child’s play. But in his new job he admits he needs help. Parenting is the hardest job in the world. So Mark resolves to personally build an “Assistant” using artificial intelligence. “I’ll teach it to let me know if anything is going on in Max’s room that I need to check on when I’m not with her.” When the inevitable happens and his future teenager turns to him and says, “Dad, you don’t know anything!” He can say, “Not me, my “Assistant” only has ‘artificial’ intelligence.” Folks who idealize “Trump Candor” resolved to replace politically correct with what is referred to as “front stabbing.” They resolve to have honest conversations about sub-par work or life/work balance issues. Bruised egos are proposed to be better than stalled projects, low performers or resentment that festers. Not certain if the real estate industry EVER didn’t tell it like it is, but nice to know we may again be ahead of the curve.
