GarzaEMC was founded in 2012 as a Civil Engineering Firm providing Design Consulting for Land Development and Public Works Infrastructure. Head­quartered in Austin, Texas, with two offices in the capital city, and additional offices in San Antonio, Houston, and Nashville, Tennessee, the Firm covers multiple major markets. We believe in building partnerships not only with our clients, but also their communities to foster a better outcome.
