Rosewood is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst.

- Understanding of industry standard financial metrics.
Key Deliverables:
- Creating of Offering Memorandums
- Providing analytical support to brokerage team.
- Coordinate due diligence item requests and assistance in management of the overall deal process.
- Read and abstract leases, loan agreements and financial statements.
- Ad hoc projects at the request of executive team
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 1 to 4 years’ experience working as an analyst in a similar environment.
- Must be comfortable working with excel models and calculating industry standard financial metrics.
