Director of Finance

AMS Acquisitions is a real estate development group focused on residential development throughout the tri-state area. We are looking for a director of finance to join our rapidly growing team to oversee all accounting, budgeting and finance for our development projects.  We have a robust pipeline and the new staff member would be given the reigns to oversee multiple projects immediately.  The director of finance would be responsible for, amongst other responsibilities, working with the acquisition teams to develop budgets on each project, overseeing all bank requisitions, managing capital requirements and spearheading capital calls.  The individual will also play a key role in new acquisition diligence and analysis.   The director of finance will be a core member of the team and will be involved in all key meetings - it is critical that this individual understands all the moving pieces in a deal and can be a key cross-functional team leader.
