Kay Properties and Investments, LLC is a national real estate investment firm with offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, Boston, and Washington DC. Kay Properties team members collectively have over 150 years of real estate experience, are licensed in all 50 states, and have participated in over $30 Billion of real estate.

Work alongside Senior Vice Presidents to raise capital from high net worth investors on the Kay Properties platform. Kay Properties raises capital from investors for 1031 exchange Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) properties as well as other real estate private placement offerings.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales
• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior real estate, investment and/or sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Adheres to the highest ethical standards
• High level of integrity
• Prior experience working with alternative investments preferred but not required
• Series securities licenses are preferred but not required as you will have the opportunity to study and obtain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 – 400,000 per year
