Responsibilities The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the leadership of a growing senior housing company in making effective business decisions. Below is a list of some of the various duties and responsibilities:

• Support senior level management in all aspects of acquisition, development and asset/project management.
• Conduct financial analyses to identify trends in the operational data.
• Review monthly financials for the various properties.
• Periodically determine the economic value of the company’s portfolio and investor returns.
• Assist in the preparation of the budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a minimum of 0-3 years of real estate finance and/or healthcare related experience or course work.
• The most desirable candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study such as: finance, economics, business administration, data analytics, statistics or mathematics.
• Some industry (senior housing, hospitals, nursing facilities, congregate care, etc.) knowledge is desired but not necessary.
• Strong quantitative skills as well as highly developed written and oral communication skills are a must.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and advanced Excel modeling is required.
• Must be a confident self-starter and quick learner who requires minimal supervision.
• A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently and under guidelines, which have been pre-established to perform the outlined job responsibilities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.
• This is an entry level position.

Salary is $65-$75K range, negotiable
